Education and/or Experience
Prior sales experience a plus. Does not have to be RV Sales.

Train to be a Service Advisor – RV's

How much will I make?
We will train you on how to be a Service Advisor. Most Service advisors start out at $50k-$70k a year. The ceiling is really up to you. The more services you sell, the more you make. The more efficient you make your team, the more you make. If $50k- $70k is the start....imagine where you may end up!!! The Service advisors have an administrative assistant who assist with customer check ins/out, payments, sets appointments, phones, paperwork, filing, plus much more. 
Job Responsibilities during training

Greet service department customers promptly and courteously—attitude is everything!
Listen to customers and clearly translate repair needs to techs
Upsell additional services using low pressure, high integrity methods
Provide accurate repair/maintenance estimates
Adhere to policies on vehicle care and operation
Follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of progress
Sell and manage extended warranties
Inspect repair quality and ensure all work is complete
Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pick up
Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers
Handle minor customer concerns and complaints
Keep Service Manager informed of all problems and potential problems
Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards

Tire Store Manager OR Body Shop Manager needed (East Mesa)
 
World Wide RV is seeking a results-driven Manager to lead our busy Recreational Vehicle Service Department. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader with experience in tire or body shop operations, who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As a full-service dealership with a large Service, Parts, and Body Shop, we are committed to delivering exceptional service to every customer.

Job Duties:
The duties of a Service Manager include, but are not limited to:
 

Greeting customers, scheduling service appointments, and gathering vehicle information
Listening to customer requests and clearly documenting service needs on repair orders
Estimating costs and repair times while accommodating customer schedules
Resolving customer concerns promptly and maintaining high customer satisfaction
Monitoring vehicle progress during service, communicating updates, and obtaining approval for additional work
Securing warranty approvals and processing reimbursements
 
Qualifications:
 

Minimum 3 years of Service experience in a dealership, tire, or body shop environment
Strong commitment to exceeding customer expectations
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with customers, employees, and vendors
Proficient computer skills
Solid and reliable work history
High school diploma or equivalent
