We’re looking for an experienced RV Technician who is reliable, hardworking, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a team that values quality, teamwork, and accountability.

What You’ll Do

Diagnose and repair RV electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, propane, and mechanical systems.

Perform warranty, customer-pay, maintenance, inspections, and installations.

Troubleshoot problems and complete quality repairs.

Communicate with Service Advisors about diagnosis, parts, and repair status.

Keep your work area safe, clean, and organized.

Take pride in doing the job right the first time.


What We’re Looking For

2+ years of RV Technician experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of RV systems and troubleshooting.

Reliable attendance and dependable work habits.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Self-motivated, hardworking, and team-oriented.

RVIA/RVDA certification preferred, but experience matters.


Flat-Rate Pay – Earn Based on Your Productivity
This position is flat-rate, meaning you are paid based on the labor hours you complete and are credited for.
Your productivity can directly impact your paycheck.

Lot Porter/Forklift driver- RV Dealer - will train
Worldwide RV currently has 1 opening for someone with a good work ethic. We are an outstanding, family owned company. We provide competitive pay, opportunity for advancement and a great work environment.
The Lot porter assists the Sales Dept by performing tasks essential to producing results. We are the biggest Jayco dealer and are growing rapidly. We recognize and promote great people from within. 
Job Responsibilities

Keeps RV's prepared to show
Moves inventory with forklift
Fills deliveries or demos with gas
Takes sold inventory to make ready/prep center
Keeps RV's showroom ready
Maintains inventory
Transports RV's, Travel Trailers & 5Th wheels  to offsite locations
Requirements
This position requires the member to drive a Forklift, Motorhomes and Trucks. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or GED; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Operator Driver's License (must be insurable w/ current valid driver's license)

RV Service Advisor
We’re looking for a reliable, customer-focused RV Service Advisor to join our team. We need someone who enjoys helping people, communicates confidently, and can problem-solve when things don’t go as planned.

What We’re Looking For

Customer service and sales experience 

Strong listening and communication skills

Comfortable having difficult conversations with customers

Ability to problem-solve and find solutions

Professional, positive attitude and strong work ethic

Excellent follow-through and attention to detail

Ability to work closely with technicians and keep repairs moving

RV or automotive service experience is a plus


What You’ll Do

Greet customers and understand their concerns

Write and manage repair orders

Clearly explain repairs, estimates, and costs

Recommend additional services and repairs

Keep customers updated throughout the repair process

Work with technicians to keep jobs moving efficiently

Address customer concerns and resolve problems

Review completed repairs and costs with customers

Your Role
As a Lot Porter/Forklift Driver, you’ll play a key part in our Sales team by keeping our inventory looking sharp and ready for customers:

Prepare and stage RVs for showroom display
Safely move inventory around the lot with a forklift
Fuel up delivery and demo units
Transport sold RVs to our make-ready/prep center
Maintain lot organization and overall inventory
Deliver RVs, travel trailers, and fifth wheels to off-site locations

What You Need

Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable record (must be able to drive trucks, motorhomes & trailers)
Forklift experience is a plus — we will train motivated candidates
High school diploma/GED or equivalent
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team-player mindset
Enjoy working outdoors and helping customers start their RV adventures
Ability to work in Arizona weather (reasonable accommodations available for qualified individuals)

What You’ll Do
RV Detailing

Wash, clean, and detail exteriors of travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, and motorhomes
Scrub RV roofs — removing dirt, debris, and buildup
Safely use ladders for roof cleaning
Maintain detailing equipment and supplies
Lot Support & Movement

Move RVs in and out of detail bays using a forklift (and spotter)
Help organize inventory and keep the lot looking sharp
Support Sales and Service teams as needed
Facility Upkeep

Maintain clean dealership buildings and grounds
Clean and stock restrooms
Handle trash removal and general housekeeping
Assist with miscellaneous maintenance projects

What We’re Looking For

Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Comfortable working outdoors year-round (including Arizona summers)
Able to work safely on ladders and at heights
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
Forklift experience is a plus — we will train the right person
Valid driver’s license preferred
Team player who can also work independently
