We’re looking for a reliable, customer-focused RV Service Advisor to join our team. We need someone who enjoys helping people, communicates confidently, and can problem-solve when things don’t go as planned.
Customer service and sales experience
Strong listening and communication skills
Comfortable having difficult conversations with customers
Ability to problem-solve and find solutions
Professional, positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
Ability to work closely with technicians and keep repairs moving
RV or automotive service experience is a plus
Greet customers and understand their concerns
Write and manage repair orders
Clearly explain repairs, estimates, and costs
Recommend additional services and repairs
Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
Work with technicians to keep jobs moving efficiently
Address customer concerns and resolve problems
Review completed repairs and costs with customers
Salary + Commission
