Parts Manager

World Wide RV, a well-established family-owned RV dealership serving Arizona for over 60 years, is looking for an experienced RV Parts Manager to lead our growing Parts Department in Mesa.

This is a key leadership role for someone who excels at team management, inventory control, customer satisfaction, and driving parts profitability.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, train, motivate, and supervise the Parts Counter and Shipping/Receiving team
• Oversee all daily parts operations including counter sales, ordering, receiving, shipping, and warranty processing
• Manage inventory levels, purchasing, and vendor relationships to maximize turns and minimize obsolescence
• Maintain accurate parts records, pricing, and stocking levels using dealership management software
• Monitor department performance, sales, margins, and expenses – and implement improvements when needed
• Ensure exceptional customer service for both retail customers and internal service technicians
• Handle customer concerns and warranty returns professionally
• Work closely with the Service Manager, General Manager, and ownership to meet dealership goals

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of RV or automotive parts management experience (strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of parts inventory management, ordering systems, and vendor negotiations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient with computer systems and dealership management software (CDK, Reynolds, or similar a plus)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to grow the department
